Robert Channelle initially graduated from Rofflers Hair Design College and Dudley Cosmetology University and went on to later acquire additional training and tutelage and also represented the Paul Mitchell brand in tradeshow symposiums nationwide in the areas of advanced coloring, relaxing techniques, and cutting while mentoring students advising on platform skills and through video teaching and training. Robert has garnered additional success as a cosmetology instructor, wig maker, and platform brand professional for Paul Mitchell, Leisure Curl, Design Essentials, Straight Request, and Nairobi, to name a few.

Throughout his expansive career, Robert has placed, hosted, and been awarded in several hair battle competitions in shows as well known as the infamous Bronner Brothers Hair Battle (two consecutive years, Atlanta, Ga.), Premier International Hair Show (Orlando, Fl.), and the Caribbean Hair Show (Kingston, Jamaica) placing within the top 3 in numerous categories for each show respectively.
